Also, support the technical department by providing methods to increase network performance and perform smart network planning.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of Data Science team relay on a vast amount of data stored on state-of-the-art Big Data platforms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What they will expect from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with domain knowledge experts and data engineers to fully understand project goal and relevant data meaning<\/li>\n<li>Perform data discovery, incorporation of new data sources, data analyses, data quality control, and maintain documentation<\/li>\n<li>Build advanced machine learning models such as neural networks for predicting customer behavior, NLP for sentiment analysis, clustering different customer groups, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of proposed model performance on live data.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy in production end-to-end flow containing ETL, machine learning, and targeting pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for every single step in the lifecycle of the model by maintaining all deployed pipelines, monitoring KPI, and performing improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For a good start you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Organizational Sciences<\/li>\n<li>A mathematical and statistical background, with a problem-solving attitude and critical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Coding skills for data transformation and analysis using languages such as SQL, and Python (Data science set: Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data visualization and data visualization tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience with machine learning frameworks TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn, H2O\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Experience with HDFS and Spark (PySpark)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in both spoken and written English<\/li>\n<li>Personal skills: positive, self-motivated, result-driven, curious, self-learner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full-time \u00b7 Associate Heads Talent Solutions Belgrade, Serbia (11-50 employees \u00b7 Human Resources Services) https:\/\/www.headstalent.com\/ About the job We have partnered with one of the leading telco companies in our region.
